Jordan Fox

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Jordan began his career in media at the age of 18, working on the set of a hilariously awful MGM sci-fi movie.  He has over two decades of experience leading and operating businesses in the media and technology sector, serving in various leadership roles across the industry.

From 2018-2024, he led award-winning creative and digital agency Laundry Service, transforming the business from a boutique social media agency to a full-stack creative, digital, and influencer marketing leader.  Previously, he served in roles at HBO, Goldman Sachs, UBS, and Accordion Partners.

Jordan oversees all aspects of ARM's management, strategy, and operations.

Kurt Kaufer

CHIEF GROWTH OFFICER

Kurt has decades of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, strategy development, media channel execution and analytics.

Prior to co-founding the digital and audio consultancy Brown Bear Digital in 2013 and Ad Results Media in 2016, Kurt oversaw global SEM efforts for Provide Commerce (now FTD) and he built and led Stance’s digital customer acquisition and retention marketing efforts.

Today, Kurt is a Partner and Chief Growth Officer of Ad Results Media where he oversees marketing, sales operations, and channel measurement efforts for the organization.

Teresa Elliott

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Teresa is an accomplished audio executive.  Prior to joining ARM she spent eight years at Spotify where she served as Head of Global Agency and Joint Business Plan Development.  Teresa began her career at Microsoft Advertising and worked in a variety of roles spanning account management, project management, and agency development.  As CRO at ARM, Teresa is responsible for building strategic partnerships and alliances, driving new business development, and communicating how ARM is equipped to navigate the complexities of the audio ecosystem to enable agencies and brand-side marketers to capitalize on the power of the medium.

Kristen Multer Abramo

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Kristen comes to us with over 25 years of media agency experience. Kristen began her agency career with Publicis where she held a variety of integrated media roles responsible for high profile brands including Coca-Cola, P&G, Wendy’s, Dos Equis and L’Oreal. After Publicis, Kristen spent a collective 10 years at both Havas and IPG where she was responsible for leading large scale client teams such as Paramount and Tracfone, as well as building new capabilities and helping to grow the agencies. Kristen also comes to us with small independent agency experience having overseen the day-to-day operations at Socialfly and Anagram over the past 4 years.  As the COO, Kristen will focus on organizational efficiency and effectiveness, fostering an environment for collaboration and innovation, ensuring that we have the right resources, tools and processes in place to ensure we deliver quality service and results for our clients.

Craig Stein

SVP MEDIA PLANNING

Craig is a seasoned media leader with a passion for driving innovation and success. He brings 20+ years of industry experience to Ad Results Media, where he leads the Media Planning practice with a future-focused mindset. Craig is fascinated by the potential of the evolving audio and creator-based landscape. He is a strong believer in outcome-based strategies and activations that push boundaries and deliver exceptional results.

Prior to joining ARM, Craig led media for the marketing consultancy, R3, where he drove transformational efforts for some of the world’s most influential brands. His experience spans leadership roles at independent agencies and within the networks of WPP, Publicis, and Omnicom.

Marshall Williams

CO-FOUNDER & BOARD MEMBER

Marshall got his start nearly 30 years ago an early adopter, salesman and advocate of direct response radio.  He quickly became one of the larger buyers of endorsement radio in the US for various companies before venturing out on his own when he formed the Williams Media Group in 1997.

A year later, Williams co-founded Ad Results, Inc., which in 2016 merged with Brown Bear Digital to form what is now ARM.

Today, Marshall primarily focuses on new business development, strategic planning and client and network partnerships.

Mohina Panthi

SVP, FINANCE

An accomplished financial professional with 15+ years of Progressive Finance and Accounting experience in Manufacturing and Oil & Gas services, Mohina began her career with public companies like General Electric, Baxter, and FMC technology. For the last 10 years, she has worked with Private Equity backed companies and been extensively involved in Process Improvement and M&A. Mohina has a strong track record of leveraging her operational experience and expertise in Accounting, Treasury, Finance, Tax, and M&A to build high performing, results-oriented teams.

She joined Ad Results Media in 2021 as a Controller. She is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a dual Master’s degree -MBA and Master of Accountancy from the University of Louisville.

Gretchen Smith

VP, MEDIA

Gretchen is a multi-platform team & agency leader with demonstrated successful history across multiple Fortune 500 brands, connecting paid investments to measured success across brand life cycles. Vertical experience includes travel, non-profit, wellness, liquor, beer, beauty, fragrance, retail, and military recruiting.  Gretchen prides herself in prioritizing keeping media consumer-first and the role audio storytelling has within brand marketing and relationships.  Her passion projects lie within the ever-changing Martech & adtech space, and simplifying what it means for companies, brands, and consumers.

Gretchen graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a B.S. of Advertising with a concentration in paid media, and a B.A. in Economics.

Patty Mertes

VP, MEDIA

For over 16 years, Patty Mertes has been a key strategic agency partner with early adopter and disruptive brands focused on customer acquisition and achieving profitable outcomes at scale through offline media. While managing multimillion dollar, multichannel campaigns, such as Dollar Shave Club, Uber, NortonLifeLock, and Ancestry.com, Patty is a proven collaborator in identifying profitable business opportunities across a range of enterprises and customer segments to drive both top line growth and bottom-line results for her clients.  Patty graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jennifer Christman

VP, MEDIA PLANNING

Jennifer leads account teams in project management and campaign strategy.  She also is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with podcast and radio networks and various agency partners.

Jennifer joined Ad Results Media in 2002 and has held several positions within the company including Media Buyer, Account Manager, Media Manager and Media Director before being promoted to a Vice President role in 2015. Prior to joining Ad Results, Jennifer was part of the marketing teams at Coach USA and Welcom Software.

A graduate of the University of Houston, Jennifer resides in Kingwood, TX where she spends her free time with her husband and two young children.  She enjoys running, working out and spending time by the pool.

Ceena Babukutty

Ceena brings over 15 years of HR experience to Ad Results Media. As a trilingual professional in Human Resources, she specializes in processes and initiatives that will impact the business thru its employees. Ceena has worked for Fortune 500 companies in the energy, health and high tech sectors. She has had international exposure throughout her career, accompanying management teams and employees through rapid change and growth challenges. With a curious and innovative mindset, she is always looking for areas of impact and efficiencies. Some of her other specializations include: Talent Management: Staffing, On-Boarding, development, performance review management, project management, succession planning, talent assessments, learning and development, compensation, benefits, and strategies in diversity.

 

In her spare time she loves to travel, read the newspaper, play with her dogs, and go to sports games.
