Overview
The Accounting Coordinator is accountable for the organization and entry of all client invoices and documents. Our client specializes in scaling ecommerce companies and striving to be different than conventional advertising. They live the concept of putting the “client first” by focusing on fewer clients, with deeper, more successful relationships.
Responsibilities
- Scanning and creating copies for multiple documents that are sent to clients
- Utilizing PDF software for editing large files
- Data entry of invoices from various vendors
- Working with Account Manager(s) to prepare company invoices
- Utilizing outlook and other software to sort and upload hundreds of invoices monthly
- Receiving and routing mail
- Maintain organized filing system
Requirements
- Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft office products
- Strong attention to details and organization skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must; lots of interaction clients/vendors
