Overview
Ad Results Media is looking for an Office Manager who is positive, energetic, reliable, responsible, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.. This candidate will support office administration functions such as internal event planning, record keeping, company supplies management and more.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors at the front desk in a professional and polite manner
- Monitor the lobby, answer incoming phone calls, and notify employees that their guest has arrived
- Maintain the reception area and all common areas (i.e. the kitchen, conferences rooms) in a clean and tidy manner
- Keep records of incoming calls that have been received
- Receive and send out regular mail, FedEx, and UPS packages
- Order and take inventory of supplies as needed
- Collect and distribute mail daily
- Manage the schedule of our cleaning vendor on a weekly basis
- Track, order, and stock beverages, fruit, snacks, and office supplies, while staying within budget
- Help with organizational-wide events throughout the year
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional office management experience
- Ability to manage budgets related to supplies and other internal needs
- Must be organized, detailed oriented, and be able to thrive and deliver in fast pace, high energetic environment
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products including Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Must have a can do, helpful attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong sense of teamwork and willingness to help with others
